Announcements: The Regina Coeli Academy family mourns the passing of parent Thomas Herron. Viewing & funeral Mass is Friday, June 27. Viewing is from 9 to 10; Mass directly after at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Roxborough. Address is 815 Cathedral Road, Philadelphia 19128. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Cheltenham avenue. If any parent would like their student to attend, there may be rides available from here at school. Please call Chris as soon as possible so she can help to make arrangements. In lieu of flowers, mass cards appreciated. Congratulations To All Graduates and Their Families School will be closed From Noon, Friday, July 18 - 8 am, Monday, August 4 Volunteers Needed: We are looking for a few more people to help with the SCRIP program next year. If you are interested, please call Chris Beisel. Scrip Report: RCA received over $900 and the families combined received over $900, $212.40 of one family’s tuition has bee paid through their Scrip purchases. This could be you! Your support is much appreciated and as these funds continue to grow, you too can lower your tuition.
Tuition Payment Information Families who choose to pay tuition in 2 or 10 payments must enroll with our new tuition company-HES. There are 2 ways to enroll: 1) Online at HES Education Services OR 2) Download the form in pdf format and mail it in. Families who choose to pay in full should forward their check, payable to RCA, to school no later than July 1, 2008.

Don’t wait to start saving for your tuition and to support our school! Any order received (complete with check to RCA scrip) before 9 a.m. this Friday, 6/20/08 will be sent on Friday. Checks may be mailed or dropped off in the mailbox at the back door of school, or given to Chris Beisel when I she is in (Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 3:30 for the most part). Please note: orders cannot be placed if payment has not been received. The order is expected to arrive by next Friday, 6/27/08. We are using “slower” shipping during the summer months to lower costs. Orders placed and paid for by Friday, July 11, are expected to be received by Thursday, July 17. Orders placed and paid for by Friday, August 8, are expected to be received by Friday, August 15th. These are the only dates we plan to order over the summer, so please plan accordingly.
