Tuition & Fees

Tuition:
Tuition for the 2017 - 2018 school year is as follows:
Full Day First through Eighth Grade:
First Child $7,000
Second Child $6,500
Each Additional Child* $6,000

* Large families receive special consideration for financial aid

Montessori Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: 5 full days, Catholic: $7,000, Non-Catholic: $8,500
Montessori Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: 5 half days, Catholic: $3,800, Non-Catholic: $5,000

Fees:
Application Fee (all new applicants): $40 per child
This fee is payable in full directly to the school at the time of application for each child. It helps to defray the costs of administration relating to admission.

Registration Fee (for new students only): 10% of total tuition for each student
This fee holds a place for your child. It is due upon acceptance of the child and will be deducted from the tuition balance due.

Registration Fee (for returning students only): $300 per family.
This fee is due May 1, 2017 and will be deducted from the tuition balance due. After May 15, 2017, the registration fee will be added to the tuition cost and will not be deductible. (All Application and Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.)

Textbook and Materials Fee: $200 per 1st-8th student

Three payment plans are available. Three payment plans are available. Tuition may be paid in full to the Academy by July 1, 2017. The other two payment plans are administered through a tuition company and they include: (2) Semi-Annual [July and January] or (10) Monthly [July – April]. Details about these payment plans are included in the materials provided by the tuition company. The tuition company does charge a small $60 annual fee. Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable.

Scholarships and Financial Aid: Regina Coeli Academy is eager to accept families who are seeking the finest education for their children. Scholarship monies are available for new families interested in enrolling and in need of financial aid.
